Realme V5 launched in China with prices starting at 1,499 yuan

Chinese smartphone maker Realme today launched its latest Realme V5 handset in China, powered by a Dimensity 720 processor with a 90Hz refresh rate screen.

The device comes with the latest 30W flash charge technology, and Realme says it can support 5 hours of music listening on a 3-minute charge.

It is priced at 1,499 yuan ($214) for the 6+128GB version and 1,899 yuan for the 8+128GB version. it goes on sale at midnight on August 7.

The Realme V5 has a large 6.5-inch screen and weighs 194 grams.

The Realme V5 comes with the latest 30W Smart Flash Charge technology and a 5000 mAh battery that can be fully charged in 65 minutes.

The Realme V5 also comes with range-optimized technology that supports 82 minutes of WeChat text chatting with only 5 percent battery left.

It also supports OTG reverse charging and can be used as a rechargeable battery.

It has a rear 48 MP main camera, 8 MP super wide-angle, macro, and black and white portrait camera.

The Realme V5 is powered by MediaTek's 7nm process 5G chip Dimensity 720 with 5G+Wi-Fi dual-channel and full-speed gaming mode support.
