Chinese user makes first iPhone X with 512GB storage

Weibo blogger Geekbar said today that they successfully upgraded an iPhone X to 512GB, and variously tests were all perfect.

They didn't reveal how much capacity this iPhone X had before the makeover, but the maximum storage space is 256GB for the iPhone X at launch.

Judging by the photos, the phone is running iOS 13.5.1, which is the latest version of iOS 13.

For those who have bought a smaller capacity iPhone, common options in the event of a flash memory shortage include getting a new one and buying a new one. iCloud space using cloud storage.

However, there is another set of options to try in China, which is to replace the high-capacity flash memory. In fact, almost all third-party Apple repair shops in China will offer a similar service.

In April, the team successfully upgraded the capacity of the latest iPhone SE from 64GB to 512GB soon after the device's launch.
