OnePlus today announced that its more affordable smartphone - the OnePlus Nord will be launched on July 21.
OnePlus said that the Nord will initially be available in Europe and India, and the company has also released a press release about the phone. Part 2 of a documentary series.
OnePlus says the exact time of the launch is July 21 at 3 p.m. British Summer Time (22:00 Beijing Time) and those interested can use its app to watch the launch in augmented reality.
OnePlus is also working on a physical invitation to the event, which will include a QR code that will allow you to scan this QR code to get the AR experience.
Aside from confirming the name, OnePlus also revealed that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 765G 5G processor. And it will cost less than $500.
A recent video from OnePlus briefly shows images of an early prototype of the OnePlus Nord. There appear to be dual selfie cameras and the rear of the device shows a vertically oriented camera bulge on its left side.
Previous reports suggest that the phone will feature a 6.55-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
It will have 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 4300 mAh battery with support for 30W quick charge.
