Tencent today announced its AI avatar "Ai Ling", claiming that she has an almost lifelike voice based on Tencent AI Lab's AI digital human technology and can sing as emotionally charged as a human.
Tencent said that in addition to her voice, "Ai Ling" also has a highly flexible digital body, built with multimodal intelligence technology, and is currently learning various dance music.
"Ai Ling" and Chinese singer Wang Junkai and three children from Xiong'an Township Primary School sang the main song of the album - "Light Up".

Tencent said that Ai Ling is still in the process of deep learning and optimization, and will develop in the future in areas such as virtual idols, virtual assistants, online education and digital content generation.
