Tianfeng International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo updated his report today with predictive information on Apple's new iPad and AR glasses.
Kuo said Apple is developing two new iPad models, the 10.8-inch iPad and the 8.5 to 9-inch iPad mini, which are expected to be launched in the second half of 2020 and the first half of 2021, respectively.
These products are positioned similarly to the iPhone SE, with the selling point being a more powerful chip and a cheaper selling price.
Apple's existing low-priced iPad is a 10.2-inch version, while the existing iPad mini has a 7.9-inch screen size.
It's unclear whether Apple will increase the device's display area by reducing the bezel.
