The Raspberry Pi 4 offers better performance, additional I/O options, and is very similar to the Raspberry Pi 3.
In 2019, there was news that hacker developers were working on swiping Windows 10 ARM desktop systems into Raspberry Pi.
The project made greater progress, and Windows 10 was later ported to the Raspberry Pi 4, although it currently only supports 1 GB of RAM.
According to lead developer Jose, WOA Deployer v3 will allow users to port Windows 10 ARM to Raspberry Pi 3 or even Raspberry Pi 4 devices thanks to Marcin's contribution.
The Raspberry Pi 4 has been tested on Windows 10 ARM Build 17134 (April 2018 update) or later.
A group of users are already testing the WOA Deployer 3 alpha version, which should allow you to easily install Windows 10 systems on the Raspberry Pi 3 and Pi 4.
With WOA Deployer 3, you can assemble a workable version of Windows 10 on a Raspberry Pi, but you still need some technical knowledge to set up the OS on the device.
For obvious reasons, Windows 10 runs about 50% faster on the Raspberry Pi 4 than the Raspberry Pi 3.
While the idea of running Windows 10 on a Raspberry Pi 4 sounds good, the implementation is imperfect.
For example, when running Windows 10, only 1GB of the 4GB of RAM supported by the Raspberry Pi 4 is available.
According to Jose, WOA Deployer v3 can also add support for other devices.
" WOA Deployer had 2 different applications (flavors), one for Raspberry Pi 3 and another for Lumias. Deployer 3.0 has been redesigned to handle not only those devices, but able to support virtually any device with the required deployment script," Jose stated.
Yes, you're right. WOA Deployer had 2 different applications (flavors), one for Raspberry Pi 3 and another for Lumias. Deployer 3.0 has been redesigned to handle not only those devices, but able to support virtually any device with the required deployment script.

A group of developers also brought Windows 10 ARM to Android phones such as the One Plus 6, Xiaomi MIX and Samsung Galaxy S8.
You can also expect developers to add Android support to WOA Deployer when the project is ready.
