Hisense's color e-ink reading phone, which will be released next week, is now available for pre-order on Chinese e-commerce platform JD.com.
Hisense will release the phone, which is the world's first color e-ink phone at the 2020 China Digital Reading Cloud Conference on April 23.
The page on JD.com shows that the phone, with a model number A5C, will be available on April 29.
On Tuesday, the official Weibo of the phone announces a demo video to show what it looks like.
As can be seen from the video, the reading phone already supports multiple colors of the display, Hisense demonstrated in red, blue, yellow, purple, green and other colors.
The biggest highlight of the phone is the screen, making it the world's first color e-ink screen reading mobile phone.
It will use the world's latest color printing technology, combined with electronic paper display technology and can display 4,096 colors.
Its screen is soft and gentle, and users won't get their eyes hurt after reading for a long time, the company said.
It has ultra-low power consumption and continuous display when power is off, enabling you to enjoy reading anytime, anywhere.
Hisense color ink screen reading mobile phone will also cooperate with several major content platforms such as JD Reading, iReader, QQ reading, Migu reading, and People Reading.
At the press conference on April 23, Hisense Mobile will also bring its latest educational eye protection tablet.
