Pete Lau, founder and CEO of OnePlus, said on Weibo today that the wireless charging function added to the upcoming OnePlus 8 series has achieved almost the same fast charging speed as wired.
He said that this feature is "something you can choose not to use, but you must own."
Previously @evleaks exposed a few pictures of the vertical wireless flash charging board with OnePlus 8 Pro. In the OnePlus 8 Pro phone interface there is also the word Warp Charge flash charge.
Recent information shows that OnePlus 8 will provide three color options, including black, light green, and a gradient color called "Glow". In terms of design, the new phone looks almost the same as OnePlus 7T Pro.
OnePlus 8 will be equipped with Snapdragon 865 and has 8GB RAM/128GB UFS storage or 12GB RAM/256GB UFS storage.
It will have a 48-megapixel main camera on the back, as well as a 16-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. 4300 mAh battery power supply, 30W fast charging, but does not support wireless charging.
OnePlus 8 Pro uses a 6.78-inch Super Fluid Curved 120 Hz screen.
Its features include 1400 nits of brightness, MEMC (motion compensation), and HDR10 +. The design of OnePlus 8 Pro is basically the same as the smaller OnePlus 8, except that the rear camera module is different.
