Recently, Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd. has been granted a patent for masks. The patent application date is May 22, 2019, and the grant date is March 17, 2020.

The mask patent abstract shows that because the three-dimensional shape of the support skeleton is compatible with the shape of the face, and the plastic part can deform the preset position of the support skeleton when pressed by external force, when the user wears a mask, the user can press The part changes the shape of the support skeleton, so that the mask fits the face more, effectively improving the air tightness of the mask.

It is worth mentioning that the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) previously granted Xiaomi a patent for "smart masks" that can track the wearer's breathing quality.
