Honor announced today that a new generation of Kirin 820 5G chips will be released online with Honor 30S on March 30th. Honor 30S will also be the first mobile phone equipped with Kirin 820 5G chip.
From the name point of view, Kirin 820 5G chip should support 5G and support SA and NSA dual mode.
The Kirin 820 5G chip will use Huawei ’s self-developed DaVinci architecture NPU, built by 7nm process, using A76 CPU and G77 GPU. At the same time, ISP and NPU are fully upgraded to support Kirin Gaming + technology.
According to previous news, Honor 30S will also use a side fingerprint recognition solution + matrix rear four-shot solution, with a gradient white / orange color version and a 40W power adapter.
