Google has just announced a new feature in the Gmail mail service that allows users to pick one of multiple message signatures when sending.
This change will be rolled out to G Suite subscriptions and individual Gmail users in the coming weeks.
For those who use only one account to handle personal, work, etc., this is obviously an improvement that can save you a lot of time.
For example, when processing work emails, you may need to note your name, job title, and a link to a company website.
When replying to a private email, a personalized signature can also include a link to a personal social media account or similar content.
Although you can still add it manually, or save it as a document, and copy and paste it if necessary, it's not as easy as native Gmail integration.
To make things easier, Google allows Gmail users to quickly select and insert the required signatures, such as the "Concise", "Work", and "Personal" signatures.
You can open Gmail, go to "Settings-> General" and click "New" at the bottom of the page for a signature option.
