According to leaked iOS 14 code, the new system will add a series of new features, such as new accessibility features, new wallpaper organization methods, and so on. For Chinese users, more importantly, Apple Pay will directly support Alipay.
Improved accessibility
iOS14 looks like it will provide some important new accessibility features. We found a new feature in the code that can detect some important sounds, such as fire alarms, sirens, door knocks, door bells, and even baby crying. Presumably, iOS will turn these alerts into tactile sensations to facilitate those who have lost their hearing.
More new accessibility features will support camera detection gestures, while audio adjustments will improve AirPods or EarPods audio tuning for people with mild to moderate hearing loss. In addition, iOS 14 may also provide the ability to run audio graphs on the device to help users adjust the audio.
Wallpaper change
For iOS 13, wallpapers are divided into three categories: dynamic, static, and real-time. For example, in static mode, you see all the options in one place. For iOS 14, we found in the code that there are categories like "Earth and Moon" and "Flowers" to provide better organization (easy to find the wallpaper you want).
In addition, an exciting change is that third parties will be able to provide wallpaper collections and integrate them into "iOS Settings". Generally, users receive new wallpapers every year, Apple's software and hardware updates, and third-party wallpapers may be supported in iOS settings, which means that it makes sense for Apple to add new categories to improve organizational structure.
More new features
Apple's "Shot on iPhone" campaign has been going on for some time and has now evolved into a challenge. In iOS 14, Apple will integrate the event in the Photos app, where users can submit and view challenge results.
Finally, for Chinese users, another important change in iOS 14 is that Apple Pay will directly support Alipay.
