Apple's 2019 iPad Air (iPad Air 3) is a tablet that is highly praised by users. It has an excellent price-performance ratio and is loved by many users. However, some iPad Air 3 users may experience a black screen on their device.
Apple has confirmed the problem and has now given a repair plan for the iPad Air 3's black screen problem.
Apple states that the production date of the affected devices is between March 2019 and October 2019. Eligible devices will be repaired free of charge by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Other iPad models are not covered by this plan.

Apple has confirmed that in some cases, a few iPad Air (3rd generation) devices may display a black screen permanently. Before the device goes blank, there may be a short flicker or flash.
