Major Chinese drone maker DJI will hold an online event at 14:00 on March 9, Beijing time, to release the RoboMaster EP, DJI said on Weibo yesterday evening.
DJI founded the first college robot summer camp in 2013, held the first RoboMaster Mecha Masters in 2015, and released the first educational robot Mecha master S1 in 2019.
Mecha Master S1 uses a modular design, which can bring assembly fun. The robot has 46 programmable control components and 6 types of artificial intelligence programming modules.
Mecha Master S1 supports two programming languages, Scratch and Python.
Artificial intelligence technology can help Mecha Master S1 recognize posture, applause, pedestrians, visual tags and another S1, and can experience artificial intelligence in learning.
The Mecha Master S1 can be controlled from the first perspective, as well as racing mode, brawl mode and custom skills. Mecha Master S1 also comes with DJI self-developed project-based courses and video courses to teach robotics, artificial intelligence, and programming.
