Last week, Google released the first version of the Android 11 Developer Preview System, which can be installed on Pixel 2-5 generation devices. Among other mobile phone manufacturers, Essential PH-1 and Poco X2 have also promised to upgrade.
Now, Samsung Galaxy S10 + of model SM-G975F appears in Geekbench 5.1, and it has been running on Android 11 R system.
This proves that Samsung has started testing the Android 11 R system for older phones, and finally arrived in the form of One UI 2.5/3.0.
However, Android 11 is still in the early development stage, and at least iterations of DP2, DP3, and Beta 1/Beta 2 will take place in the third quarter.
Judging from the decentralized time of the stable version of One UI 2 (Android 10), Samsung's Android 11 may be launched in January next year, and the S9/Note9 device may not be upgraded.
From the perspective of Android 11 DP, Google has further improved basic functions such as permission management, notification messages, background programs, and new functions such as screenshots, range storage, and frame rate display.
