The Huawei Mate Xs is priced at 2,499 euros for the 8GB+512GB version, Huawei Consumer Business CEO Richard Yu said at the Huawei Terminal Product and Strategy Online conference today. Here is a brief video introduction.
Huawei Mate Xs uses a 4,500mAh battery and supports 55W Huawei Super Fast Charge.
It is powered by Huawei's most powerful 5G SoC, the Kirin 990 5G chip.
It will start accepting pre-orders at 10:08 am on Feburary 26 and formal sales will begin at 10:08 am on March 5.
Huawei is holding its "5G Full Scenario" press event from 21: 00-23: 00 Beijing time on February 24 after the cancellation of the MWC 2020.
The event will be in English with Chinese subtitles.
As of January 2020, Huawei's 5G mobile phone shipments exceeded 10 million units, Yu said.
He also said that Huawei had revenue of 850 billion last year, of which smartphone shipments increased from 200 million to 240 million.
