Windows 10 bug shows'highest load' of i5 processor is only 0.99GHz

Although Microsoft has been providing updates, there are still some bugs in Windows 10.

Lin Lin, product director of Lenovo Group and senior product manager of Lenovo Tablet PC Division found that there is a bug in Windows 10 CPU frequency display that shows no matter how high the actual CPU load, Windows Task Manager always shows 0.99GHz .

For 10nm Icelake i5-1035G1 (YOGA S740, Xiaoxin Air14 2020, and some other manufacturers' machines using this CPU are the same).

As shown in the image below, the system's various performances are normal, whether it is gaming or office, but the CPU in the task manager of Windows 10 always shows 0.99G.

Other software such as CPU-Z, HWinfo, Aida64, etc. can show that the actual CPU frequency is 3.3GHz.

The computer performance is not affected at all, but there is a problem with the display.
