At the end of last year, ZTE announced some specifications of the Axon 10s Pro, saying that it will be available early this year. Now, ZTE has launched a detail page on its website showing details the phone.
ZTE Axon 10s Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 865 processor and uses LPDDR5 memory and UFS3.0 flash memory.
ZTE claims that this not only brings doubled faster read and write speeds, twice the bandwidth, but also faster response speeds and higher error correction reliability, while reducing power consumption significantly.
According to ZTE, the Axon 10s Pro LPDDR5 memory equipped is increased from 3200Mbp to 5500Mbps compared with the LPDDR4 adopted by the flagship in 2019, and can transmit 44GB of data per second.
LPDDR5 uses a 16-bank programmable and multi-clock architecture, and introduces Data-Copy and Write-X instructions to reduce power consumption and link ECC error correction. According to the introduction, Axon 10s Pro may also be equipped with Micron's LPDDR5 memory.
Earlier today Micron announced that the world's first low-power LPDDR5 DRAM chip has been mass-produced and will be used in the high-end smartphone market. The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 10 is the first mobile phone with its LPDDR5 memory, it added.
In addition, AXON 10s Pro also uses WiFi6 (802.11ax Wi-Fi), which mainly uses OFDMA, MU-MIMO and other technologies. It will allow up to 8 devices with a maximum speed of 9.6Gbps.
At the same time, Wi-Fi 6 reduces the time required to keep the antenna powered to transmit and search signals. Officially, it can greatly reduce battery consumption and improve battery life.
ZTE has not announced the launch time or listing time of AXON 10s Pro.
