Samsung said on February 3 that due to prudent consideration and according to the latest recommendations of health experts, from now until February 9, Samsung's flagship experience store (The Bund) will be closed.

Samsung saidย it will continue to closely monitor the situation and hope to reopen the store as soon as possible. If you need to buy equipment, you can choose online stores.

The Samsung Flagship Experience Store (The Bund) is located on Nanjing East Road in Shanghai. It is Samsung's first and currently the largest flagship experience store in China.

The store officially opened on October 18, 2019. Samsung held a communication conference here to launch Samsung's first mid-range 5G mobile phone, the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G, in the Chinese domestic market.

In addition to Samsung, Apple has also recently closed three Apple Store retail stores in Qingdao, Nanjing and Fuzhou.

Apple retail stores in China will be temporarily closed from now until 24:00 on February 9 based on recent public health and prevention considerations, an announcement on Apple China's official website showed on Saturday morning.

Apple later added in a statement that it will close all offices, retail stores and call centers in mainland China due to extreme care and based on the latest recommendations of experts. Apple's online store in China is still open.
