On January 22 alone, the sales of masks increased by 48 times compared to the average daily level in January.

JD.com said that at present there may be temporary shortages of related products in some regions, and it is working closely with merchants to promote their overtime production, optimize inventory, and strive for faster arrival times and more arrival quantities.
During the Spring Festival, JD Logistics will still provide services and give priority to orders designated by medical institutions.
JD.com emphasized that while absolutely guaranteeing the stability of the prices of its own products, it will strictly prohibit third-party merchants from increasing prices. Once it confirms that the prices of third-party merchants have risen abnormally, it will immediately remove illegal products from the shelves and urge merchants to recover After the normal price, the product will be re-stocked.
At the same time, JD.com has also set up an internal special team to continuously carry out the monitoring and management of commodity prices in a system + manual manner: the system intercepts products with abnormal prices and manually conducts 24-hour uninterrupted inspections.
