China-made UOS gets support from a domestic PC maker

The RG-CT7800, a desktop produced by Chinese PC-maker Ruijie, has completed adaptation with China-made Unity Operating System (UOS), allowing user to watch 4K high-definition video and use office and graphic design software.

The Ruijie RG-CT7800-1000 uses an integrated design with a volume of 2.4L. It is equipped with a Chinese-made Zhaoxin ZX-E eight-core processor KX-U6780A.

Union Tech, the company behind the UOS, said on Saturday that the desktop terminal has completed adaptation with the UOS and software including Kingsoft WPS, Yongzhong office, and Digital OFD.

It also supports the Pantu print and scan all-in-one device, Chengzhe technology document scanner, tablet, and Comet's code scanning gun.
