On November 29, Xiaomi's founder Lei Jun released an internal letter announcing a new round of major personnel reforms. Chew Shou Zi became the president of the International Department and reported directly to Lei Jun.

The board of directors has set up a special group and has recently selected a new CFO. Before the new CFO arrives, he will continue to serve as CFO after receiving funding.

On March 24 this year, Xiaomi opened its first authorized physical store in Poland, โ€œXiaomi Houseโ€, opened in Krakow, a city in southwestern Poland, attracting hundreds of rice noodles to shop.

Like all manufacturers settled in China, the Xiaomi House in Poland also gave unprecedented discounts on the day of opening. Specifically, the top 20 Redmi Note 4X only cost 49 Polish pounds, about 90 yuan.

The first 100 people to buy the Xiaomi A1 32GB version only need 499 Polish dollars, about 921 yuan.

The top 100 people buy Xiaomi Air Purifier 2 and Xiaomi headset for only 399 Polish (about 737 yuan) and 10 Polish (about 18 yuan), and the Xiaomi bracelet costs only 1 Polish currency, about 1.8 yuan.
