The second generation of Tencent's new e-book, Koudaiyue, will be released on December 16th. It is an e-ink screen reader that can make calls.
Koudaiyue product manager Zhang Guangqiang showed the back photo of the device on WeChat recently. It can be seen that the second-generation body of Koudaiyue e-book is still small and convenient to hold.
The previous generation Koudaiyue was released in April this year. It supports SIM cards and 4G network and is equipped with a phone message function. It is the first e-reader in China to support operator networks.
It is equipped with a 5.2-inch 300ppi ultra-clear ink screen and a built-in 20-level adjustable brightness reading lamp to restore the paper book reading experience.
Koudaiyue weighs about 1/3 lighter than ordinary readers, and about 1/2 the volume of ordinary readers. Users can carry their pockets at any time. At the same time, Koudaiyue is also equipped with a large battery capacity that can support standby for weeks.
