There have been several foldable phones launched this year, but the prices are relatively expensive. Good news is, for those who would like to get on this trend without spending too much, there is a good choice-- Escobar Fold 1.
A new foldable phone called the Escobar Fold 1 has been launched by the powerful Escobar Inc — the company of Pablo Escobar's "biological" brother Roberto De Jesus Escobar Gaviria.
The price is staggering, with a entry model starting at $ 349.
According to the promotional materials, this phone not only scares Steve "Apple Boy Steve" Jobs posthumously, but also commands the attention of women.
"Apple Boy Steve once looked into space," says a Fold 1 commercial, voiced by a Fiverr-tiered replica of Don LaFontaine, "he saw Pablo Escobar with a phone beyond anybody's imagination."
The Escobar Fold 1 is an Android 9.0 smartphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Series CPU that folds out into a tablet.
It measures 134mm x 190.35mm x 7.6mm and weighs about 320 grams. The screen size of the display is 7.8-inch AMOLED, with a resolution of 1920 × 1444, with a screen ratio of 308PPI and 4: 3.
It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, with 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X memory, and a maximum of 512GB of storage space. The battery capacity is 4000mAh.
As for the camera, the dual camera is a 20 million + 16 million pixel combination.
Escobar Fold 1 will release 100,000 foldable phones for the first time. The 128GB version will cost $ 349 (about RMB 2466) and the 512GB version will cost $ 499 (about RMB 3526).
