It also said:

By exploring a wide variety of everyday scenarios, you become exposed to essential vocabulary and grammar structures, helping you to speak Mandarin the way natives do. Best of all, itโ€™s entirely free!

As a tech company, you wouldnโ€™t be surprised to see Microsoft add their most advanced technology into the app.

Microsoft said Artificial Intelligence Scoring, Advance grading system to perfect your pronunciation and practice conversation with chatbots are available in the app.
