With there are already a dozen 5G phones to choose from in China, Samsung is bringing in another one into the market.
The South Korean firm made its Galaxy A90 5G phone available in China on Friday with a price tag of 4,499 Yuan ($635).
The Galaxy A90 5G, which was released in South Korea in September, is a flagship phone featuring Snapdragon 855 chipset and a waterdrop notch.
It has a 6.7-inch S-AMOLED Infinity-U notch smartphone that offers full HD+ resolution.
The Snapdragon 855 SoC powers the phone and the presence of X50 5G modem enables 5G connectivity on the device.
The handset features 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage. A dedicated microSD card slot is available on the device.
On its front is a 32-mgeapixel selfie shooter. The rear side of the smartphone is fitted 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple camera system resides on its rear.
Its 4,500mAh battery supports up to 25W fast charging. It has an in-screen fingerprint reader.
Pre-orders for the phone have started on Samsung's online store in China and JD.com. The shipments of the pre-ordered units are expected to begin on Oct 31.
