Chinese LED chip maker HGC Technology Co., Ltd. is planning a production line for mass production of small size Mini LEDs, the Yangtze Daily reported on Saturday, adding that Sun Leimeng, the company's founder and chairman, is in online discussions with interested parties on site selection.
