With Yangtze Memory's mass production of China-made3D flash memory, the spring of China-madeSSD is here. On May 15, Changsha Goke Microelectronics announced a long-term supply agreement with Yangtze Memory to purchase 64 layers of 3D flash memory developed by Yangtze Memory.

The GK2302V200 series of Goke Microelectronics' new generation solid state drive controllers are equipped with the third generation NANDXtra engine and are fully adaptable to 128 layers of TLC and QLC chip for efficient and secure data storage experience.

In the SSD market, Yangtze Memory has mass-produced China-made 3D flash memory, and Chinese SSD master manufacturers are also booming, Goke Microelectronics recently released the new generation of SSD master GK2302V200 series, fully adaptable to China-made's 128-layer TLC/QLC flash memory, up to 160 years of use.

Goke Microelectronics, a China-based provider of SSD controllers and storage solutions, said its solid-state drive products equipped with 3D NAND flash memory from Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC) have completed batch testing.
