Alibaba launched its first enterprise AI agent, Accio Work, for overseas markets on Tuesday, aiming to accelerate the automation of global e-commerce operations.
The new deployment-free AI tool is now officially available to global users, marking a new step for Alibaba in international commercial AI applications.
Users only need to provide Accio Work with an initial business idea, and it can autonomously complete the entire process from market analysis and product selection to store design.
With this new artificial intelligence tool, a ready-to-launch online store can be successfully created in just 30 minutes.
Previously, it took a professional team weeks for overseas clients to complete this entire store-building process.
Accio Work can also place ads on major platforms based on user instructions, and autonomously help overseas clients find high-quality Chinese suppliers to complete negotiations and procurement.
Addressing the security and professionalism requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises, the platform features specially customized agents for various professional fields, such as e-commerce experts and dropshipping.
Users can have agents form cross-border teams to collaborate and can directly integrate them into daily instant messaging apps like Telegram and WeChat.
Accio is Alibaba's application dedicated to overseas markets, with over 10 million enterprise users to date. With the launch of Accio Work, its user base is expected to see further growth.
This overseas launch follows Alibaba's recent major internal restructuring, as the group established a new artificial intelligence business group led by CEO Eddie Wu just last Monday.
The new business group, named Alibaba Token Hub (ATH), integrates core operations including the Tongyi Lab to tackle fierce market competition in the AI era.
Alibaba is attempting to secure a global leading position in enterprise AI agents and native work platforms through more concentrated internal resource allocation and strategic synergy.
