Beijing-based TikTok owner ByteDance has launched its largest campus recruitment, offering more than 8,000 positions.
The recruitment is open to college students graduating between September 2021 and August 2022. Job locations are in more than 20 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Chengdu.
The recruitment positions cover 8 categories of R&D, product, operation, sales, design, marketing, functional support and game planning. Among them, there are more than 4,000 R&D positions, and the number of product positions is twice as many as last year.
In the fall of 2019, the company had nearly 5,000 campus hires, and the two hires in the spring and fall of 2020 each had more than 6,000. This spring's campus hiring reached 7,000.
The fall campus hiring will last more than two months and resumes will be accepted until October 31, the company said.
ByteDance has more than 110,000 employees worldwide. Chinese Internet giants Tencent, Alibaba, Meituan, JD.com and Baidu will also begin campus recruiting.
