At today's Huawei Developer Conference, Huawei Consumer Business CEO Richard Yu said that Huawei HiCar has already cooperated with more than 20 manufacturers.
The company has already cooperated with more than 150 vehicles, and plans to have more than 5 million vehicles pre-installed with HUAWEI HiCar in 2021, Yu said.
HUAWEI HiCar is Huawei's people-vehicle-home-wide intelligent connectivity solution that connects mobile devices and cars.
It leverages the strong attributes of cars and mobile devices as well as multi-device interconnection capabilities to build a pipeline between mobile phones and cars and extend mobile phone applications and services to cars, creating a smart travel experience for consumers.
