MediaTek's top processor, the Dimensity 1000+, scored 133.0 points in the latest AI Benchmark rankings, 75 percent higher than Huawei's Kirin 990 5G.
Another MediaTek processor, the Dimensity 820, scored 79.2 points, also higher than Huawei's flagship Kirin 990 5G's 76.2 points.
The Dimensity 1000+ scored the highest in all five sub-processes - INT8 NNAPI 1.1, INT8 NNAPI 1.2, FP16 NNAPI 1.2, INT8 Parallel, and INT16 Parallel.
For Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 865 best score was 74.2, which is a whopping 44 percent behind the Dimensity 1000+.
