China's monthly per capita mobile Internet traffic exceeds 10GB for first time

China's mobile Internet traffic maintained rapid growth, with per capita mobile Internet access traffic exceeding 10GB in May, according to a report released by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

From January to May, China's total mobile Internet traffic reached 61.1 billion GB, an increase of 35.2% year-on-year.

Among them, mobile Internet traffic reached 59 billion GB, an increase of 31.1% year-on-year, and accounted for 3.6% of the total mobile Internet traffic. This represents 96.6% of total traffic.

In May, per capita mobile Internet access traffic reached 10.05GB, up 28.8% year-on-year.
