Huawei launches Honor 8S 2020 with GMS in the UK

Huawei recently launched a Honor 8S 2020 in the UK with Google Play support for £99.99.

Compared to the Honor 8S (2019), the Honor 8S 2020 just adds storage space.

The Honor 8S 2020 is powered by a quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 SoC and offers 3GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.

It has dual SIM slots and runs EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9.0 .

The Honor 8S 2020 comes with a 13 MP rear lens at f/1.8 and a 5 MP front lens at f/2.2.  The Honor 8S 2020 features a 5.71-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 pixels.

This model maintains GMS compatibility, as the hardware and software that affects Google's GMS certification remains unchanged and only minor upgrades have been made to the Honor 8S.

Since the previous Honor 8S was licensed to Google GMS, the Honor 8S 2020 is also licensed to Google Play, so users can freely use Google Play services on the Honor 8S 2020.
