Huawei releases Huawei Pay-based electronic credit card-CnTechPost

Huawei held an online press conference today and launched the new P40 series in China.

In the application demonstration session, Huawei Consumer Business CEO Richard Yu emphasized multiple scenarios.

For example, Huawei shares, multiple phones connect to each other or send files. Smart split screen, App split-screen multitasking. The multi-device control center, search and connect with smart home control; HICar, mobile phone and car host connection to share multimedia, mobile phone as car key.

Yu also announced the launch of HUAWEI Card: an electronic credit card product based on HUAWEI Pay that users can apply for on the mobile phone. Yu also emphasized the security of the HUAWEI Card.

The card is jointly launched with UnionPay. It has both digital and physical dual-card attributes and is highly integrated with UnionPay mobile flash payment Huawei Pay. Cardholders can conveniently use online and offline online through UnionPay's global acceptance network within and outside the country.

In terms of rights and interests, Huawei Card has customized four rights and interests for cardholders, including pen cashback, annual fee waiver for the first year, Huawei application rights, and airport/high-speed rail VIP room.

China UnionPay said that follow-up UnionPay will work with key industries and merchants to build a digital bank card payment ecosystem to provide cardholders with more abundant and unique exclusive rights.
