ZTE aims to release 10 5G phones this year

ZTE said today that in 2020, ZTE will release nearly 10 5G mobile phones worldwide and launch a total of more than 15 5G terminal products, covering 5G terminals such as mobile phones, mobile broadband products and IoT terminal products.

In terms of consumer business, ZTE took the lead in launching and commercializing the first 5G mobile phone ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G version in China, Northern Europe and the Middle East in 2019.

In addition, as of the end of 2019, ZTE has deployed more than 40 5G bearer network commercial networks and pilot trials in China, Italy, Austria and other countries.

ZTE's A-share announcement on March 27 stated that the full-year revenue in 2019 was 90.737 billion yuan, an increase of 6.11% year-on-year, and the net profit for the year was 5.148 billion yuan, a loss of 6.984 billion yuan in the same period last year.
