Royole Technology today announced the FlexPai 2 flexible folding screen phone.
The FlexPai 2 has a 7.8-inch 4: 3 screen that can be folded in and out. Royole emphasized that this is the highest folding screen phone in the world. It presents a 4:3 picture with a 7.8-inch screen and a 21: 9 movie format. The display size is 6.78 inches.
FlexPai 2 adopts Super Seamless & Stepless Hinge design, which is not only more refined, more wear-resistant, more impact-resistant, but also supports parking at any angle of 0-180 °.
FlexPai 2 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship platform, supports 5G dual-mode and 9 frequency bands, and achieves global multi-region coverage including China, North America, Europe, Southeast Asia.
It is also equipped with the latest generation of LPDDR5 low-power memory and UFS 3.0 high-performance flash memory.
Royole also announced a strategic cooperation with ZTE to integrate Royole's fully flexible display, fully flexible sensors and supporting solutions with ZTE's 5G technology and smart terminal product development technology.
In the future, the two parties will jointly explore a new category of smartphones, flexible folding screen mobile phones, to promote the further popularization of flexible folding screen mobile phones.
