Huawei has applied to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for a patent for a new true wireless headset. The patent picture shows that the new headset design is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Buds + with an in-ear design.
Huawei TWS earbuds will adopt a pod-like design similar to Samsung Galaxy Buds, according to 91Mobiles. There are some small parts inside the headset, which may be charging indicators and distance sensors.
The earbuds may come with a small charging case similar to the Galaxy Buds.
The earbuds also have a flat surface that looks like it supports touch controls for controlling music or adjusting the volume.
The earbud smay be released simultaneously with the Huawei P40 series on March 26.
