Support for this service side UnionPay card is a chip card with UnionPay or Quick Pass logo. Debit cards and credit cards are available.

In order to better enjoy this service, the bus group reminds passengers:

1. When using UnionPay card to drive, there will be no discounted fare according to the actual mileage, which is the same as the cash purchase fee; China UnionPay will launch a series of preferential activities to give back to the majority of users.

2. Please store the UnionPay card and the bus card separately to avoid unnecessary economic losses caused by swiping multiple cards by mistake when boarding.

3. Before using the UnionPay card to board a car, you need to activate the small-value secret-free payment function of the UnionPay card in advance, and the balance on the card must not be lower than the highest one-way non-discount fare of the line you are traveling on.

4. The bank card is the same as the one-card travel process. If the line used is a single ticket system, you only need to board the card and swipe the card.

If the line you are taking is segmented, you will need to swipe the card to get on and off the bus. If you do nโ€™t swipe the card, the fare will be automatically deducted after 96 hours according to the farthest distance from the credit card station to the farthest stop.

5. Passengers travelling on a single ticket system will be deducted without discount fares directly; vehicles on segment-pricing routes will temporarily freeze the balance in the UnionPay card equal to the full discount-free fare of the current route as a prepayment after the card is successfully swiped. Authorization quota.

Due to different bank policies, the actual frozen amount of some UnionPay cards is 115% of the reminder amount. After successfully getting off the card and swiping the card, the pre-authorization amount will be automatically thawed and returned.

6. When the UnionPay card is successfully swiped, the vehicle-mounted equipment will announce the "UnionPay card" in voice, and the screen will display "UnionPay card successfully".

For example, when the UnionPay card is swiped, the on-board equipment makes a continuous and rapid snoring sound, and the screen displays "Please check the card status", indicating that the balance in the card is insufficient. Please replace the card with sufficient balance or other payment methods to board the bus.

How can I tell if my UnionPay card is supported by credit card?

As long as your UnionPay card contains all the features in the picture above, it means that you can use the credit card ride service.
