Nintendo Switch hacked, module pre-order starts next week-CnTechPost

Previously, Team Xecuter's Switch cracked chip was affected by the epidemic and caused some problems in shipments. However, the Team Xecuter official website recently updated its blog post, saying that it will start accepting reservations next week and send evaluation samples in the next few days.

According to the information previously announced, this modchip is divided into two versions of SX Core and SX Lite, both of which include the authorization of the SX OS cracking system. In terms of specific differences, SX Lite is only used to crack Switch Lite, while SX Core supports the entire system. Switch.

On Mod3DSCard, SX Lite is priced at $9.88 and SX Core is priced at $10.88. However, it should be noted that because the modchip is hard to break, it can be plug and play on the old version of the Switch, but the Lite and long-requirement aviation version need to be soldered to ensure stability.

Both SX Core and SX Lite will ship with an SX OS license (like the SX Pro), and CFW (custom firmware) will also be supported.

According to the Xecuter team's previously announced Pioneer plan, 200 to 300 testers will be the first to get cracked modules.
