The company was established on March 12, 2020, with a registered capital of 30 million, and its legal representative is Li Ning.
Its business scope includes technology development, technology transfer, technology promotion; software development; sales of cosmetics, sanitary products, disinfection products, electronic products, medical equipment I, II and so on.
The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd., the operating entity of Baidu, and Robin Li is the latter's major shareholder, holding 99.5% of the shares.
