Google G Suite, consisting of Gmail, Cloud Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, Docs, and other productivity-focused apps, has more than 2 billion active users by the end of 2019.
The news comes from Javier Soltero, head of G Suite, who revealed that Google plans to continue to refine its productivity software portfolio.
Based on previous speculation, Google plans to launch a unified application that combines Gmail, Web Drive, and Hangouts. The G Suite team will also continue to deepen AI and machine learning efforts to further optimize applications.
