The team was led by vice chairman of the Chinese Red Cross and joined by an expert from the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and five people from Sichuan Province were appointed to participate (including 3 experts, 1 translator, and 1 staff member).
The members of the expert group from Sichuan Province to Italy today are as follows:
Liang Zong'an: Male, director of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, West China Hospital, executive deputy leader of the medical treatment and treatment expert group of new type coronavirus pneumonia in Sichuan Province.
Tang Menglin: Female, chief nurse of West China Hospital, head nurse of pediatric ICU in intensive care department.
Tong Wenbin: Male, deputy director and chief technician of the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Microbiology. In 2014, he went to Guinea-Bissau to assist in the prevention and control of the Ebola epidemic.
Ji Jin: Female, lecturer at the School of Foreign Languages, Sichuan University, responsible for translation.
Qin Xiaoli: Female, director of the Chengdu Red Preparedness and Relief Center of the Chinese Red Cross, responsible for coordinating services.
