Huawei Cyberverse uses a blue icon similar to the Milky Way style, and slogan is "intuitive information acquisition", according to photos posted by Luo Wei, Chief Engineer of Huawei Fellow Cyberverse and Chief Engineer of Camera.

Previously, Luo Wei had solicited opinions from users on Weibo. Among them, the icon that should be proposed at present is designed by the universe, the new world, the letter C ("Cyberverse" initial) and other elements.

Huawei HMS is the abbreviation of Huawei Cloud Service. It mainly includes services such as Huawei account, in-app payment, Huawei push service, Huawei cloud disk service, Huawei advertising service, messaging service, paid download service, and quick application.

This service is also called "Huawei version of GMS". It is the third mobile ecosystem in the world for Google GMS and Apple iOS, and the ecological layout is realized through the App Gallery. Huawei App Gallery targets Google Play and Apple App Store.

In Huawei's own ecological layout, map services are an indispensable item. At present, Huawei has started to develop a mapping service APP, and the mapping project is named "Cyberverse".

Huawei "Cyberverse" is different

Many map service apps on the market can only navigate outdoors. Even Baidu Maps, Google Maps, and Gaode Maps, which support indoor navigation, can only guide one-level plane paths.

Multi-layered and complicated 3D scene paths are invalid, especially in the complex application scenarios of parking lots. Drivers who do not have a strong sense of direction will get lost under the failed navigation.

Huawei's "Cyberverse" service is different from mainstream maps such as Baidu Maps, Google Maps, and Gaode Maps. It can be used indoors without restrictions. Drivers can navigate to empty spaces when they reach the underground parking lot.

In addition, it can be combined with technologies such as AR to achieve a more intuitive navigation effect than the "real road map".

Huawei "Cyberverse" business logic

After combining with AR, Huawei's "Cyberverse" is even more amazing. Based on the implementation of 5G network high-speed transmission technology, it can also realize the characteristics of related real-life shops, users praise and so on.

When you arrive at the attraction, you will be introduced to the history and culture of the attraction, which is much more detailed than a guided tour.

In the current map service market, address diversion, taxi rides, attraction tickets, hotels, train tickets, food, drink, fun, and other diversion forms are more used to obtain special fees for business advertising services.

The combination of Huawei's "Cyberverse" and AR technology, using AI intelligent navigation, to achieve visible real-world navigation mode, will subvert the business logic of map services in the industry.

Therefore, some insiders said that Huawei's "Cyberverse" is the new map mode in the 5G era.

5G map

In addition to the above implementations, you can learn about the special products of the relevant real-life shops while leading to real-life historical relics, which can give you a virtual situation of historical relics.

For example, what happened to the Yuanmingyuan in those days. Now we can only see the broken walls. With this, we can see how charming it is in history.

Recently, Luo Wei released Cyberverse's welcome page and said in response to user comments that Huawei Cyberverse can be downloaded soon.

However, for Huawei's "Cyberverse" to fully realize its commercialization, it also needs to improve its business ecology, and it needs more malls and real estate to join. However, in the end, this is necessarily a completely different gameplay from Google Maps. After all, this is a map of Huawei's 5G era.
