The Huawei Mate Xs, which sells for 16,999 yuan ($2450) in China, started the first sale at 10:08 on March 5.

Just like its predecessor, it was sold out in seconds. Many users who participated in the sales said: "Itโ€™s sold out before I saw the purchase key, it is too difficult."

Although it has just been released, the spot price of Huawei Mate Xs has been speculated to around 40,000 yuan. This is a significant reduction from the speculators' quotations of 60,000 to 80,000 yuan when the original product Huawei Mate X was launched in November 2019, according to jwview.com.

Speculator Xiao Shuai (pseudonym) said: "Before the sale, they got the spot from the channel, and the current price is 42,000 yuan. Because the market has not just heated up just now, everyone has not responded yet. The spot is Very few, but there are a number of successful orders for the goods on the road, when the market heats up, prices will rise. "

A speculator said that he "snatched" a Huawei Mate Xs spot from his peers at a price of 30,000 yuan and only supported face-to-face transactions. A few minutes later, when a reporter from Zhongxin Jingwei consulted again about the speculator's transaction details, the other party said, "It has been sold."

On a second-hand trading platform, there are also a large number of Huawei Mate Xs for sale, with prices ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 yuan. Many sellers have marked the words "spot" and "just grabbed" in the title.

Before the launch of the Huawei Mate Xs, speculators were almost ready to make a profit. At the same time, the software that snapped up the phone was also sold on the Internet, and even a rush service appeared.

A speculator said that his software snap-up success rate was 95%, and the more software he bought, the more accounts he linked to, and the higher the probability of a successful snap-up. There are also speculators who claim to provide the rush service for this phone.

Huawei Mate X also suffered speculation from speculators when it was released.

On the second release date of Huawei Mate X, on November 18, 2019, the handset was quoted in the speculator market for 60,000 to 80,000 yuan.

Some speculators said that there were still people buying 90,000. However, with the increase in shipments, Huawei Mate X speculators' prices have fallen all the way down to a minimum of 22,000 yuan.

In early January, Huawei stated that the Mate X had sold 100,000 units per month since it was launched in the Chinese market in November 2019.

On the evening of February 24th, Beijing time, Huawei released a new generation of folding screen mobile phone Mate Xs in Barcelona, which sells for 16,999 yuan in China, the same price as the original product Huawei Mate X.

Huawei Mate Xs will open online booking at 10:08 on February 26 and will be officially launched at 10:08 on March 5th. The next sales day will be at 10:08 on March 8th. It is unclear how many Huawei Mate Xs stocks.
