The S20 series continues the previous S10's product-level planning and still launches three products, named S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra, respectively, equipped with 6.2-inch, 6.7-inch, and 6.9-inch screens, all with 120Hz refresh rate and 2K resolution.

The S20 series has multiple versions, of which the S20 and S20+ have 5G and 4G versions, respectively. There is a difference in the operating memory of the two. The 5G version starts with 12GB of memory, while the 4G version only has 8G memory. The highest-end S20 Ultra only offers a version that supports 5G networks, and there are 16 + 512GB versions.

Because Xiaomi canceled the Xiaomi 10 offline conference scheduled for February 10 because of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, Samsung S20 became the world's first mobile phone manufacturer equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865.

The three models of the S20 are equipped with Snapdragon 865 processors and an external X55 baseband to support 5G dual-mode dual-network dual-card support.

At the same time, as usual, the S20 listed in South Korea and some European markets will be equipped with Samsung's own Exynos 990 processor.

The biggest innovation of the S20 comes from the lens. The three phones used three different lens combinations:

Galaxy S20: 12MP main lens, f/1.8, supports OIS optical image stabilization; 64MP telephoto lens, f/2.0, supports OIS optical image stabilization; 12MP pixels, ultra wide-angle lens, f/2.2, 120 degrees; front Set the lens at 10 million pixels, f/2.2, support autofocus;

Galaxy S20+: 12MP main lens, f/1.8, supports OIS optical image stabilization; 64MP pixel, f/2.0, supports OIS optical image stabilization; Ultra wide-angle lens 12MP, f/2.2, 120 degrees; DepthVision Depth of field lens; front lens 10 million pixels, f/2.2, support autofocus;

Galaxy S20 Ultra: 108 million pixels main lens, f/1.8, support OIS optical image stabilization; 48 million pixels telephoto lens, 10X periscope optical lens, f/3.5, support OIS optical image stabilization; 12 million pixels ultra wide-angle lens, f/2.2, 120 degrees; DepthVision Depth of Field lens; front lens 40 million pixels, f/2.2, support autofocus;

Among them, the most innovative is the S20 Ultra lens. It not only has an outsole high-pixel lens sensor that supports 9-in-1 pixel synthesis technology, but also a periscope lens with up to 48 million pixels.

Depending on the combination of these two lenses, the S20 Ultra can take up to 100x zoom photos. All three phones support 8K 30fps dynamic video recording.

In terms of price, the S20 starts at $999, the S20+ starts at 1,199 yuan, and the S20 Ultra starts at $1,399. At the same time, Samsung announced a price reduction of $200 for the S10 series.
