China Telecom opens video customer service in Sichuan

China Telecom Sichuan branch company's 10000 customer service hotline has recently opened a video customer service. Users can talk to customer service and handle related services through online video, the company said on Weibo today.

Since the service was launched on February 21, Video Customer Service No. 10000 has handled value-added services and fee inquiries for 36 users in the province.

After the video customer service is launched, users can have the experience of going to the business hall in person to handle business in the past at home.

At present, China Telecom Sichuan's video customer service No. 10000 can handle five services including shutdown guarantee number, resumption, resumption, loss/unlinking, and online password modification after authorized verification of identity documents and face recognition.

It is expected that consultation and handling of obstacle remote counseling and IPTV operation tutorials will be expanded in the future.
