As Huawei's second folding screen phone, the software experience of Mate Xs is a major attraction of the device. It comes pre-installed with EMUI10 system based on Android 10 deep customization.
The Huawei EMUI team developed smart split screen and multi-tasking interactive capabilities for Mate Xs. One screen can display multiple windows at the same time, and chat and watch videos can be performed simultaneously.
Mate Xs is equipped with Kirin 990 5G SoC flagship chip. It can provide a smooth 5G experience, support 2G/3G/4G/5G full Netcom, support NSA/SA dual mode, and support 5G + 4G dual card dual standby.
In addition, the Mate Xs folding screen can be changed between three sizes. When unfolded, it is an 8-inch unbounded screen, and when closed, it becomes 6.6 inches.
