Emperion, a British company we have never heard of, is currently developing an Emperion Nebulus, a smartphone that runs both Windows 10 and Android. The company has been operating since 2017.
Emperion Nulus claims to be equipped with a Snapdragon processor (the specific model is unknown), a 6.19-inch "cosmic display", two 13-megapixel OptiXTM camera systems, and a built-in 6000mAh battery.
The phone will run both Android and Windows 10 on ARM operating systems, but it does not appear to include Google Play services. The company claims that the phone will not have Google spyware.
Emperion claims that they work closely with Microsoft to not use Windows 10X, which is only available for Intel processors. The phone was initially called an Intel phone when it warmed up last year, but plans seem to have failed.
The Emperion Nulus handset is priced at £549.00 and the official price may increase by £50.
Emperion does not even have an official website, only a Twitter account, so they cannot be sure of their credibility.
