Thanks to the emulator and VHD image released earlier this week, someone shared a tutorial on the network to install Windows 10X on a variety of actual hardware.
In addition to Surface Go and a number of manufacturers' laptops, Microsoft's Windows 10X operating system, specially developed for Surface Neo dual-screen mobile devices, has also been successfully ported to Apple MacBook.
Interested readers can refer to the tutorial published on OSG.wiki-"Installing Windows 10X (emulator image) on real hardware".
@imbushuo shared a short video running Windows 10X on MacBook 9.1 on Twitter.

The developer also took a screenshot of the MacBook running Windows 10X (internal preview, compiled version number 19563.1000).
Despite Microsoft's claim that Windows 10X was built for dual-screen folding devices, another developer (@stroughtonsmith) successfully ported it to Surface 10X.
It worked! Surface Go successfully flashed with Windows 10X ? Touch driver not installed by default, nor WiFi pic.twitter.com/VftAK5bLdb

The Surface Go used in the test only had 120GB of hard disk space. At first he was lazy and wanted to see if it was feasible to directly inject the mirror.
The result is very happy, Surface Go was successfully flashed into the Windows 10X operating system. Although touch and Wi-Fi drivers fail to install by default, they are already quite impressive.
@stroughtonsmith summarized some of the techniques for installing the Windows 10X operating system on Surface Go, such as the need to inject the driver for the display, wireless network, and touchpad by yourself, but there are certain requirements for hands-on ability.
